A list of random variables is also printed and contains the following informations:
• The type of the distribution and the parameters of this distribution are provided for each
X i , the i-th input variable (mean value, standard deviation, half-range, ...).
• The column “Index of Ref” contains integer values that refer to the “Index of Var”
column. A positive integer k > 0 in this column, indicates that this variable is associated
to local variations of a device and that the effective value is composed by summing the
value of the k-th variable with global variations and the value of the i-th variable with
independent and local variations.
A zero value k = 0 in this column indicates the i-th variable has no local variations.
For instance, with the example given in section Local and Global Variations, there is one
global threshold voltage V th, glob that affects all transistors equally and 100 local
