Limiting Output Information
The following options can be specified to limit the quantity of output information written to the
.chi file.
• .OPTION LIMPROBE (in the Eldo Reference Manual)
Sets the maximum number of nodes that may be monitored via the .PROBE command.
• .OPTION NOASCII (in the Eldo Reference Manual)
Disables the printing of the output waveforms and print tables in the ASCII output .chi
file.
• .OPTION NOASCIIPLOT (in the Eldo Reference Manual)
Set by default. Disables the printing of the output waveforms in the ASCII output .chi
file. Print tables are still generated.
• .OPTION NODCINFOTAB (in the Eldo Reference Manual)
Disables the printout of the DC node information in the ASCII output .chi file.
• .OPTION NOMOD (in the Eldo Reference Manual)
Suppresses the printout of the model parameters in the ASCII output .chi file.
• .OPTION NOOP (in the Eldo Reference Manual)
Suppresses the printing of operating point (OP) table in the ASCII output .chi file.
• .OPTION NOTRC (in the Eldo Reference Manual)
Suppress the rewriting of the circuit description file in the ASCII output .chi file.
• .OPTION PREVENT_TRUNCATE_EXPRESSION_REPRESENTATION=0 (in the
Eldo Reference Manual)
Prevents the truncation of the string representation of long expressions in the simulation
outputs.
• .OPTION PRINT_ACCT=0 (in the Eldo Reference Manual)
Disables the printing of accounting information in the ASCII output .chi file.
• .OPTION PRINT_ACOP=0 (in the Eldo Reference Manual)
Disables the printing of the operating point information in the ASCII output .chi file
when a .AC analysis is specified.
• .OPTION PRINT_DC=0 (in the Eldo Reference Manual)
Disables the printing of the initial transient solution (or small signal bias) in the ASCII
output .chi file.
