DC Sensitivity Analysis
In the report table, the first column is listed in descending order to easily identify the main
contributors. The second column is not listed in order; you need to manually examine the results
to identify the parameter which has the major effect.
In this example, XM2.M1 is the main contributor, and the deviation of the VTH0 mobility
parameter of its associated model—XM2.MOD2—is the main contributor to the XM2.M1
contribution.

DC Sensitivity Analysis
The .SENS [DC] command runs a DC sensitivity analysis. By linearizing the circuit around a
bias point, the sensitivities of each of the output variables in relation to all the device values and
the model parameters are calculated and output.
