Commands in Compat Mode
For example, if your netlist has the following AC analysis, then the frequency interval
used is: x_start=0.1 (fmin) and x_end=10e6 (fmax).
.ac dec 100 0.1 10e6
Note
EZwave is not instructed that compat mode has been used during the .wdb file
generation, so you can incorrectly select rms_ac or rms_noise in the measurement
tool. In this case, only rms_tran must be used to be consistent with compat mode.

• .HDL
The syntax is different in compat mode:
.HDL "filename" [module_name] [module_alias]

• .LIB
.LIB behaves as .INCLUDE.

• .LIN
There are some limitations when using the .LIN command in compat mode:

Parameter modelname is not used by Eldo, if specified it is ignored.
Only format=touchstone is supported. It is set by default, if another format is
specified an error will be displayed.
Parameter noisecalc is not supported in Multiport syntax, only Two-Port syntax.
Parameters gdcalc, FREQDIGIT, SPARDIGIT, listfreq, listcount, listfloor, and
listsources are not supported.

• .PLOT/.PRINT
The sign convention of Ix is that the current is positive when it enters the device by pin
