Devices in Compat Mode
The following tables show the model level mapping when in compat mode. For example,
specifying LEVEL=70 in compat mode selects the BSIMSOIv4 model, but in Eldo standard
mode it selects the Philips PSP model. Any models not listed are handled as standard Eldo
models.
