Central Coast Vinegar Competition<br />
The 3rd annual Central Coast Vinegar Competition features Vinegars<br />
produced from all over the United States. The overall goal of the Central<br />
Coast Vinegar Competition is to provide a venue for vinegars to be<br />
professionally judged and to educate consumers regarding the quantity<br />
and styles of vinegar produced in the USA. Check out the display<br />
in Estrella Hall every day of the Fair!<br />
California Craft Spirits Competition<br />
It’s up and going, CCWC’s newest competition… Craft Spirits. The<br />
industry is blowing up and we want to be a part of it! The purpose of<br />
this judging is to help promote the craft distillers that are producing<br />
the finest quality artisan spirits in California and to give participating<br />
distillers valuable feedback on the quality and process of their spirits.<br />
