Eating plants is a natural prebiotic and is great
for our gut health. Sometimes because of
medications or unbalanced diet our microflora
can be out of sorts. Probiotics like fermented
foods can help rebalance the gut.
Oil is promoted, even in a limited form, in
many diets. So why do some Doctors say
there is no such thing as a healthy oil?
Who is Doug?
I'm Doug Bristor, I think about complexity and interconnectedness.
I'm most well known for discovering the Bristorbrot set, which is a mathematical
pattern of the generalized Mandelbrot set. The B-set exists in
multiple dimensions, most commonly three, but I have projected it in 5D.
As well as created the nutrient comparrison website 100Calories.org.uk
Why should I care what Doug thinks?
There are some good reasons to why a Whole Food Plant Based diet is preferable to
the Eatwell guide. However the Eatwell guide, if followed, is pretty good. So it doesn't
really matter if you listen to what I think, but some people might find it useful.
How do I find out more of what Doug thinks?
I write a bit on Facebook, or you can follow my monthly
Newsletter, Nutrition Health News also on Facebook.
