discussed. Please make plans to attend this important session. Members may view the electronic<br />
copies of the Annual Report including the audited financial statements in advance at<br />

Leadership in Community Building<br />
How does a community develop a purpose and plan to proactively strengthen themselves<br />
individually and collectively towards that purpose? What is the role of leadership - particularly<br />
with respect to Mosques - when trying to impact the greater community? Are our places of<br />
worship fulfilling their obligations to women, children, families, and the greater society? Is<br />
enough thought being placed on strategic planning and developing a vision that our community<br />
can grow and strive from? Foresight, patience and endurance are needed to persevere<br />
towards a collective goal in a productive manner, and a certain manner of intelligent community<br />
collaboration and synergy. What are the matters we need to plan for our communal health,<br />
and how?<br />
