Optimization of the company's cash flow

In this country, Morocco, the telecommunication market is dominated by three major operators; Maroctelecom,
Meditel and recently INWI. These three operators share the Moroccan field and share it between a dominator and a
follower, for the current moment, Maroctelecom controls most of this field, followed by Meditel and now INWI. Yet,
this division is not a long term position of the classification. Recently, INWI started to dominate the field and taking
old part of Maroctelecom or Meditel, all that measurement was based on the accurate situation and strategies that
INWI makes in order to battle the competition. As any other company that works in the telecommunication field,
INWI has at its side fore major distributer to which INWI contributes the mission of distributing the products and
services. Each distributer belongs to its own group or holding and share the same producer that is INWI.
IWACO’s a company that belongs to the T-MAN HOLDING, located in SIDI MAAROUF near to
CASANEARSHORE. As a telecommunication service distributer, its main activity is based on commercializing
the products and services that INWI produces.
