IN GERMANY’S KDZ SIEGEN’S REGIONAL MUNICIPAL

TEL AVIV, Israel, March xx, 2005—Ceragon Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE:
CRNT), www.ceragon.com, a global provider of high-capacity broadband wireless
systems, today announced that Kommunale Datenzentrale Westfalen-Süd (KDZ), a
regional municipal service provider in Siegen, Germany, has installed Ceragon’s
FibeAir ® family of products to establish a high capacity regional backbone and access
network. The project includes the installation of 140 FibeAir 1500 SDH radio systems.
Ceragon’s partner and system integrator, The ITM Group, is responsible for project
management, including system installation, local support and maintenance.
KDZ Siegen operates an ATM-based wide area network (WAN) offering various IT
services for communal and administration applications for over a dozen local
municipalities. This network enables KDZ Siegen to provide the 20 main sites it serves
with centralized servers, voice and data integration, and centralized software applications.

backboned by Ceragon’s FibeAir systems, providing state-of-the-art STM-1 connectivity

products were also a factor in our selection in looking at the future expansion of our
network and the possibility of increasing network capacity.”
