Dimitrius Hutcherson is the<br />
president and founder of Garland<br />
Advisors, LLC, serving as a trusted<br />
advisor to publicly traded, closely held,<br />
non-profit, and private equity portfolio<br />
companies and the federal government.<br />
He has extensive experience leading<br />
business transformation initiatives,<br />
integration (M&A/Change Management),<br />
process improvement, and interim<br />
executive management. He has spectrum<br />
proficiency in experience in management<br />
consulting, technology in financial<br />
services, managing start-ups, and strategic<br />
planning. He is an accomplished, resultsdriven<br />
technology, finance and operations<br />
executive with extensive experience in<br />
developing companies from early stage<br />
through fruition or commercializing ideas.<br />
His relationship management<br />
experience includes soliciting from<br />
and presenting to numerous public<br />
officials, boards, agencies, commissions,<br />
foundations, private investors and<br />
community stakeholders.<br />
He has prior work experience in senior<br />
level roles at PNC Financial Services<br />
Group, Deloitte Services, LP, Freddie<br />
Mac, GMAC Commercial Mortgage,<br />
GE Capital, Ernst & Young, LLP and JP<br />
Morgan Chase.<br />
Hutcherson is the Board Chair of the<br />
National Black Child Development<br />
Institute, Inc., lifetime member (Board<br />
Member 2002-2011) of the National<br />
Black MBA Association, Temple<br />
University IT Fellows Program (2002-<br />
2003), Board of Advisors, Gabelli School<br />
of Business, Roger Williams University<br />
(Providence, RI) 2004-2007, Kappa<br />
Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. (Life Member),<br />
Prince Hall Free and Accepted Masons,<br />
Wolverine Consistory, #6, PHA, F&AM<br />
and Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity, Inc. He<br />
has also served as a professor and guest<br />
lecturer at several educational institutions,<br />
conferences and workshops.<br />
He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance,<br />
graduating cum laude from Morehouse<br />
College and earned a master’s of business<br />
administration degree in finance and<br />
business strategy from the Harvard<br />

Rev. Dr. Frances E. Paul ’79,<br />
who received her Bachelor of Arts degree<br />
from Lincoln University, later earned<br />
a Master of Biblical Studies degree, a<br />
Diploma of Biblical Studies and a<br />
Doctor of Theology degree.<br />
Rev. Dr. Paul has demonstrated her<br />
commitment and dedication to Lincoln<br />
University without ceasing. She was<br />
employed as a resident director and<br />
counselor from 1980 – 1984. Presently,<br />
she has served as the Class of 1979<br />
representative since 1989t; Student<br />
First Campaign Alumni Committee<br />
Chairperson 2013 – 2014; An Unfailing<br />
Legacy/ Legendary Light Executive<br />
Committee Member 2012 – Present;<br />
Alumni Association of Lincoln University<br />
Life Member since 2009; Alumni<br />
Association of Lincoln University<br />
Philadelphia Chapter Second Vice-<br />
President 2014 – 2016; and an annual<br />
contributor to Lincoln University via her<br />
time, talents and finances.<br />
Rev. Dr. Paul serves her community by<br />
way of her numerous organizational<br />
affiliations. She is a Life Member, Silver<br />
Star and active member of Alpha Kappa<br />
Alpha Sorority, Inc., Omega Omega<br />
Chapter. She is also a member of the<br />
Order of the Eastern Stars, Prince Hall<br />
Affiliated, Heroines of Jericho, Order<br />
of the Cyrenes, Order of the Golden<br />
Circle Assembly, Ladies of the Circle of<br />
Perfection, and the Daughters Auxillary<br />
of Pyramid Court No. 17 to the Ancient<br />
Egyptian Arabic Order Nobles of the<br />
Mystic Shrine.<br />
Rev. Dr. Paul is ever mindful that All<br />
Praise, All Honor and All Glory belong<br />
to God. She holds fast to her ministerial<br />
“Calling” – “The Spirit of the Lord God is<br />
upon me, because the Lord has anointed<br />
me to bring good news to the suffering<br />
and afflicted. He has sent me to comfort<br />
the broken hearted, to announce liberty<br />
to captives and to open the eyes of the<br />
blind.” (Isaiah 61:1).<br />

Robert A. Allen ’80, MBA is an<br />
alumnus from Lincoln University class<br />
of 1980 with a BS degree in Business<br />
Administration. He earned his Masters of<br />
Business Administration from Wilmington<br />
University in 1996. Robert currently<br />
teaches at Delaware County Community<br />
College and serves and volunteers as<br />
the Chair of the Expanded Branches<br />
Community Development Corporation<br />
(EBCDC) in Wilmington, Delaware at<br />
The Resurrection Center. Robert is active<br />
with the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.<br />
Zeta Iota Iota Chapter in Philadelphia,<br />
Pa. and was initiated in Beta Chapter at<br />
Lincoln University.<br />
He has over twenty-five years of corporate<br />
experience in project management,<br />
financial operations, real estate sales,<br />
including twelve plus years serving as an<br />
Assistant Professor at Lincoln University<br />
in the Center of Excellence of Business<br />
and Entrepreneurial Studies Department<br />
from 2001-2013. Robert served as Interim<br />
Director in the Masters of Science in<br />
Administration (MSA) Program in the<br />
spring of 2008 and as primary assistant<br />
to the Department Chair from 2010 -<br />
2012. In 2008, his services at Lincoln<br />
University was recognized by the Board<br />
of Trustees who honored him with the<br />
Soraya M. Coley Distinguished Faculty<br />
Service Award.<br />
