Based on the experience <strong>of</strong> Magsaysay, the program, in its simplicity, is easily replicable<br />
provided that the following factors are ensured:<br />
1. Supportive and competent municipal <strong>of</strong>fi cials and employees<br />
2. Consistency in the implementation <strong>of</strong> the program<br />
3. Available <strong>of</strong> support equipment and supply<br />
4. Linkages with other agencies<br />
5. Proper information dissemination <strong>of</strong> the <strong>PAK</strong> visit to the barangay<br />
6. Keeping scheduled visits to avoid confusion<br />
7. Conducting <strong>PAK</strong> at the barangay level during the planting season (for farming communities)<br />
not productive<br />
8. Being awarene that residents have better paying capacity during the harvest season<br />
