Cachette FRANCE Situated on the right bank of the Rhone River, our grapes are sourced from both appellations of Laudun & Chusclan, straddling eight communes. Laudun & Chusclan are part of the twenty five villages where the AOC Cotes du Rhone originated. The vineyards are planted in a terroir of sandy soil and terraces featuring limestone soil and pebbles. They are situated on the right bank of the Rhone Valley, six miles from Chateauneuf du Pape. Provence FRANCE Château Ferry lacombe is situated at the heart of the arc valley, at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain range, 12 miles east of Aix-en-Provence. Accompanying good King René of Anjou from Naples to provence, the Ferry family originally settled in this land in 1442 and founded the vineyards. About 15 years ago, the property was acquired by the P inot family and the winery is run today by Michel and his children, Matthew and Alexandra. The vineyards use integrated farming techniques and follow the terra vitis charter for sustainable viticulture.
