Innovative Tags is the Australian, sole distributor for SATO Horticultural Tags & Label 

Solutions. This versatile system will enable you to produce Slip-On labels, Pot Tags, 

Pressure Sensitive (self adhesive) labels and nursery signs in-house on one printer. This 

is done using a simple but powerful software programs and printers. 

The printing system provides the following benefits: 

• Printed material has long life under field conditions. 

• Printing of monochrome logos and/or pictures is possible. 

• Print widths of 4” or 5” (10.2cm or 12.7cm) are available. 

• Barcodes may be included on all items printed. 

• One machine is versatile enough to print Slip-On labels, self adhesive labels, nursery 

signs & pot sticks. 

• Self adhesive labels or nursery signs up to 5” x “7 (12.7cm x 17.8cm) may be produced 

as weatherproof row-end signs, bin labels, address labels for cartons etc. 

• Labels may be produced at rates of up to 25,000 per hour. (1”x7”Slip-On labels) 

• The system is flexible enough to allow the printing of one label at a time with no 

waste. 

• Labels are produced on time every time because you print them yourself. 

• Labels come off the printer dry & are ready for immediate use. 

• A database feature is available allowing even more flexibility in printing data. 

The thermal range of labels have several distinct advantages: 

• Manufactured from special UV-resistant material in a range of designs & sizes for 

every application. 

• Material ensures the labels remain flexible in the field for far longer than alternative

• Labels remain colour fast & resist fading in the field. 

• Labels are readily separated from the roll stock. 

• Labels may be ordered pre-printed with company details & logo. Colour printing in the

This MC-11 is a Label Rewinder specially designed 

to wind up labels into a roll as they come out of a

Thermal Ribbons 

Labels can be printed using several 

differing printing technologies. 

However, one of the most popular 

methods is called thermal transfer 

printing which uses roll-form labels and 

printing ribbons. This technology 

requires lower heat settings to transfer a 

printed image than some printing
