new and unique battery-powered direct fastening tool for use on

A motor tensions two springs by way of a
band system. The sudden release of this
spring tension drives the fastener. Very little
pressure by the operator is required. The
nail or threaded stud is driven reliably and
securely by a perfectly metered thrust of
driving energy.
