Trade receivable increased Baht 70.02 million or increased 9.97% compare to the year 2014 as increased in revenue.<br />

The mainly receivable were .the balance less than 3 month, represented as 74.38% of trade receivable.<br />

The major customer was EDL, represented 31.72% of total trade receivable. The EDL’s receivable came from service<br />

revenue of PDSR project which issued invoice during the year end of the year <strong>2015</strong>. Because of many reimbursement processes<br />

of Lao’s government and bank settlement, it resulted to pending many EDL’s balance as the year end. Additional,<br />

the other customer from a subsidiary, represented 39.07% of total trade receivable, came from sale of steel structure of high<br />

voltage electric tower which delivered during the year end. Normally the credit term of that customer was 90 days but the<br />

customer was subcontractor from EGAT which it was spend time to reimburse. It was resulted to the delay of payment from the<br />

customer.<br />

For the receivable more than 12 months of Baht 11.35 million, represented 1.47% of total trade receivable, the management<br />

of the Company determined that an allowance for doubtful account of that balance was required due to the liquidity problem.<br />

For Trade Credit Policies, usually the Company will give 30-90 days on credits as the present; the Company tries to improve<br />
