In addition, a subsidiary has commitment from Engineering Technical Support Agreement. The subsidiary will pay a
monthly service fee of US Dollor 5,000 per month.

C) The subsidiary has obligation to implementing and complying with its Environmental and obligation to funding
for Water Resources and Environmental Administration capacity building and for WREA’s environmental moni
toring and inspection (Note 19).
36. Events After The Reporting Period
At the Company’s Board of Directors Meeting, on 26 February 2016 had the following resolutions;
- To propose for dividend payment from the operation results for the year 2015 at Baht 0.10 per share, totaling of
Baht 75 million. The resolutions will be proposed to the 2016 Annual General meeting of the shareholders for
further approval.
- To approve the investment in a company by purchasing newly-issued ordinary shares equivalent to 40% of such
company’s registered capital or Baht 200 million. Such company has investment plan in various infrastructures
both domestically and internationally in the nearby region.

These financial statements have been approved by the Company’s Board of Directors on 26 February 2016.

For the year 2015, the Company had the net total profit Baht 187.06 million or decreased Baht 139.45 million, equivalent
to decreased 42.71% compared to the year 2014 as shown in table 1 below.
