Land, building and certain machinery are mortgaged as collateral for loans from financial institutions (Note 23).
As at 31 December 2015, the Group and the Company have assets under finance lease agreements with net book value
of Baht 29.44 million and Baht 14.94 million, respectively (2014: Baht 16.92 million and Baht 16.03 million, respectively).

Transactions incurred during 2014
The Company disposed certain machines to a subsidiary at the price of Baht 4.15 million with gain from disposal of asset
of Baht 3.67 million, which included in “Other income” in the separate statement of comprehensive income.
At the Company’s Board of Directors Meeting on 16 December 2014 approved to purchase a piece of land amounting
to Baht 23.55 million for building a new office. The Company paid the cost of land in December 2014. The Company received
a credit facility for purchase of land and construction cost of the new office amounting to Baht 42 million (Note 23).
