Transactions incurred during 2014
At the Company’s Board of Directors meeting on 16 September 2014, the Board of Directors approved to additional
invested in SCI Holding Company Limited of 99,960 shares at Baht 7.50 per share totaling of Baht 749,700 and paid the subscription
of 14,000,000 shares at Baht 4 per share totaling of Baht 5,600,000, total the increased share of Baht 6,349,700 at the portion of
99.99% of registered shares. Resulting to investment in subsidiaries increased amounting to Baht 6,349,700.
