The Company Board of Directors has a policy in carrying out the business according to the way of corporate social
responsibility and good corporate governance by stipulating the CSR as a part of the policy and work planning.

The Aspect of Personnel
The Company believes that personnel in the organization are the important strengths to push the Company for sustainable
growth and success in order to attain the goal with efficiency and effectiveness. In this respects, the employees’ know-how
and skills are relied on all along with their good attitudes, their working with happiness and their prides to be part of the
organization.
The Company adheres to the principle of equitable wage administrations by fixing the rate of returnable remunerations
of not less than the minimum wages and comparable industry as well as providing contribution supports and various welfare
loans including other welfares such as dormitory, annual physical check-ups, employees’ uniforms, etc. In addition, the
Company places the importance on the respects of human rights in which all employees must be equally treated. Furthermore,
the Company does not encourage the use of forced labor, but, resists the use of child labor and opens the opportunities to
employees to express their opinions through the recommendation activities.
The Aspect of Business Operations
The Company is firmly committed to carry out business operations in a manner of good ethics toward its rivals in order to
give rise to fair competitions. The Company has a policy to carry out business operations with transparency, adherence to the
righteousness and non-support to work success creation through dishonest method. The Company Board of Directors has a
policy to comply with the Law on Counter Corruption by stipulating the practical guidelines in accordance with Counter
Corruption Policy.
The Aspect of Manufacturing Process
On the aspect of the manufacturing process and business operations from the input to the output, the Company adheres
to the Principle of 3R which are the Reduction, Reuse and Recycle: such as; reduction in the wastes from manufacturing
process, reduction in the use of papers in unnecessary process and taking the used papers for recycle, the use of rainwater
instead of water supply, reduction in the use of lights during unnecessary hours, etc. In addition, the productivity acquired must
not cause any environmental impact, e. g. the wastes, chemicals or waste water from manufacturing process must not be
discharged to public water sources.
