the products to the customer groups being the contractors winning the bids for work of the government<br />
organizations (such as Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand, Provincial Electricity Authority) or organizations<br />
undertaking transactions principally on electric energy group both in country and overseas. On the part of the<br />
Substation Steel Structure, the Company designs and manufactures the Substation Steel Structure in many<br />
different forms according to the size of the voltage such as 115 kV, 230 kV, 500 kV, but, in general, it will consist<br />
of the Take Off Structure which is the characteristic of a small sized steel braided tower of not so tall in performing<br />
function to support high voltage cables from the transmission tower cable structure to substation and Equipment<br />
Support of structure to support the system within the substation. Characteristics of the substations consist of<br />
diversified forms depending on the requirements of the customers or equipment designed by customers for |<br />
manufacturing to attain the functional objective.<br />
• Telecommunication Tower; It is the high tower designed for installing communication equipment in telecommu<br />
nication system in: such as; audio and video broadcasting system, mobile telephone signal transmission system.<br />
The telecommunication towers manufactured by the Company are hot-dip<br />
galvanized steel structures which are the same as those of the transmission towers. The Company’s telecommu<br />
nication towers can be divided into 2 categories as follows: 1) Hot-dip galvanized steel structure tower at the<br />
height level from 35-100 meters without any cables being latched onto the tower structure, but, with the<br />
structure being directly latched onto the foundation which is designed to support it against wind power by itself.<br />
So, it is suitable to be installed as the telecommunication tower in the place of a limited area, 2) Hot-dip<br />
galvanized steel structure tower at the height level from 16-120 meters which require steel strand wires for<br />
latching onto the foundation for supporting against wind power or, in other words, it is the tower requiring to<br />
rely on the other structure to support it and wide area for installing it on with a restriction on the installing of the<br />
equipment in. Presently, the Company’s manufacturing capacity is approximately 2,000 towers per year. The<br />
Company usually accepts the manufacturing jobs from contractors of government and private sector, e. g.<br />
Mobile Operators such as TRUE Corporation Public Co., Ltd., (TRUE), Total Access Communication Public Co.,<br />
Ltd., (DTAC) and Advance Info Service Public Co., Ltd., (AIS), etc.<br />
• General Steel Fabrication and Hot-Dip Galvanized Service: The Company accepts the jobs of manufacturing<br />
general galvanized steel fabrication according to the requirements of customers. General steel fabrication<br />
manufactured by the Company consist of many types such as steel structure in steel structure panel for setting<br />
up solar cell panel, steel bridges over railroads, steel railroad sleepers. The Company’s customers are contractor<br />
groups taking mainly contracting works in the form of Turn Key from project owners which EGAT, State Railways<br />
of Thailand (SRT), companies generating power from solar energy, etc. Work volumes will depend mainly on<br />
quantity of the projects and purchase orders from the contractors.<br />
In addition, the Company provides hot-dip galvanized services to the third persons (if the hot-dip capacity<br />
should have remained left over after the product hot-dip in the Company group was accomplished first). The<br />
Company’s hot-dip capacity is approximately 2,000 tons per month or 24,000 tons per year. The hot-dip<br />
galvanized products which the Company is capable to do are transmission towers, telecommunication towers,<br />
cable trays, steel bridges, guard rails, electric poles, road sign poles, building and godown structures, etc.<br />
On 16 December <strong>2015</strong>, the Company Board of Directors approved the investment to establish a subsidiary company in<br />
order to invest in the construction of the plant to manufacture transmission towers, telecommunication towers and hot-dip<br />
galvanizations in Myanmar resulting in the Company to have the increasingly manufacturing capacity and be able to generate<br />
revenues to the Company/its subsidiary in the future which is expected to be<br />

2. Service Business<br />
The Company provides services on designing, surveying, procurement, construction and installing electrical engineering<br />
work system both on electrical high voltage and power distribution systems in the form of Turn Key by taking the jobs from<br />
foreign customers both of the government and private sectors. In this respect, the Company will be the main contractor taking<br />
