1. To receive this award the chapter must have been creative in promoting the ideals <strong>of</strong> <strong>Cenie</strong> ‘Jomo’<br />
<strong>Williams</strong> and the goals and objectives <strong>of</strong> the <strong>National</strong> <strong>Association</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Black</strong> <strong>Social</strong> Workers in its<br />
community.<br />
2. <strong>Cenie</strong> believed in social, political and economic development to strengthen services and developments<br />
in African-American communities. Briefly explain how your chapter has executed the goals and<br />
vision <strong>of</strong> <strong>Cenie</strong> “Jomo” <strong>Williams</strong> in your community.<br />
3. If previously nominated for a competitive award (Distinguished Individual Service, Presidential, or <strong>Cenie</strong><br />
“Jomo” <strong>Williams</strong>) a nominee may NOT be nominated for the same award based on accomplishments for which<br />
recognition has been previously received. Nominations must be based on new initiatives and/or unreported<br />
