Engineering Complex, developed by the State Company<br />

UKROBORONSERVICE, is designed for receipt,<br />

frequency and digital conversion, demodulation and<br />

further technical analysis of signals from satellite<br />

communication systems to determine technical and<br />

structural characteristics.<br />

The Complex can be used by:<br />

1 Providers of satellite communication systems:<br />

As receiving part of communication system;<br />

For monitoring of quality and availability of signals from<br />

separate satellite within monitoring region.<br />

2 Control Service of Radio Frequency Usage for monitoring<br />

of signal quality, and usage of radio frequency resources of<br />

satellite communication systems.<br />

3 Corresponding sections of law enforcement (military)<br />

authorities to monitor communication signals for technical<br />

and structural analysis.<br />

The Complex is used for<br />

operation in general-use of<br />

frequency bands for satellite<br />

communication – L-band.<br />

Receipt and further processing<br />

of signals is executed using<br />

intermediate frequency<br />

950.2050MHz.<br />

CONTROL RADIO LINKS JAMMING SYSTEM<br />

The system is designed for radio jamming of various<br />

radio-technical equipment, radio communication<br />

channels of fixed, mobile and portable radio stations,<br />

satellite communication systems, and for protection<br />

of the moving means (moving columns and individual<br />

vehicles) by disabling detonation of the radiocontrolled<br />

explosive devices (mines, roadside bombs<br />

etc.) via emitting of disabling radio signal in full<br />

frequency range where such control radio links are<br />

used.<br />
