Whatever your age and ability our highly trained and qualified<br />

staff will provide you with a warm welcome and are on hand to<br />

help you choose the activities that best suit your needs.<br />

Tips for attending classes<br />

Booking Conditions<br />

All course details are correct at time of print<br />

and subject to change at short notice.<br />

Go online for latest information.<br />

• South Downs Leisure reserve the<br />

right to alter the class timetables or<br />

substitute activities without prior notice if<br />

circumstances dictate.<br />

• If you are unable to attend a class, please<br />

cancel it online or notify us within one hour<br />

of the booked class start time. This ensures<br />

everyone has a chance to attend classes.<br />

FIT4 Members<br />

Failure to cancel may result in a booking charge<br />

being applied.<br />

Centre Members and non-members<br />

In the event of a cancellation of a booking a<br />

refund will not be given.<br />

Thank you for your understanding<br />

• Wear appropriate exercise clothing and<br />

trainers<br />

• Bring a bottle of water and a small towel<br />

• Advise the instructor of any health related<br />

problems or injuries you may have<br />

• If you are asthmatic please bring your<br />

inhaler with you<br />

• Make sure you don’t come to a class<br />

hungry, thirsty or having just eaten<br />

• Arrive at least 5 minutes before the start<br />

• Please bring an exercise mat and<br />

your ticket<br />

• No spectators are allowed in the studio<br />

• You can cancel your class up to 1 hour<br />

prior to start time<br />

*Junior FIT4 members will need to be able to swim<br />

competently if participating in deep water aqua fit.<br />
