‌WORTHING’S PREMIER LEARN TO SWIM PROGRAMME Adult <strong>Swimming</strong> Lessons and Coaching Adult swimming lessons are run during term time on Wednesday and Sunday evenings for Beginners and Improvers. It’s never too late to learn! Beginners Course for complete beginners who want to gain water confidence and learn to swim. Wednesdays: 18.15 Sundays: 19.00 Improvers Course for adults who can swim but want to improve their technique. Wednesdays: 18.45 Sundays: 18.00 & 18.30 NEW SESSION – Front Crawl Technique Clinic Sundays 19.00 (term time only) This is a 30 minute session to improve your Front Crawl. This will be small group aimed at competent swimmers who want to refine their stroke technique and breathing. Fees: Fit4 £2.60, centre members £6.10 and non-members £7.40. Phone 01903 905050 to enrol Adult Coaching – Coaching sessions are available every day except Saturday. Coached training sessions aim to improve stamina and stroke technique. These sessions are suitable for strong swimmers and triathletes, but there is a lane available on Tuesdays and Thursdays for those wanting to begin training. Must be able to swim 100m front crawl continuously.
