Coached training sessions aim to improve stamina<br />

and stoke technique. These sessions are suitable for<br />

strong swimmers and triathletes, but there is a lane<br />

available on Tuesdays and Thursdays for those<br />

wanting to begin training. Must be able to swim<br />

100m front crawl continuously.<br />
