Pilates - Breathing Techniques l<br />

Our resident Sports Therapist is offering this<br />
injury prevention class with a strong emphasis on<br />
diaphragmatic breathing and efficient functioning of<br />
the body to prevent and help treat injury and pain/<br />
disfunction. This will be very different to your normal<br />
classes so expect the unexpected.<br />

Qigong<br />

use breathing techniques, gentle movement, and<br />
meditation to cleanse, strengthen, and circulate the<br />
life energy (qi).<br />
Run Couch to 5k<br />

If you are interested in running but been scared to<br />
give it a go then the Couch to 5k program is for you.<br />
It's aim is to get just about anyone from the couch to<br />
running 5 kilometers (3.1 miles) or 30 minutes in just<br />
9 weeks. Sessions are at a pace that suits all fitness<br />
levels and doesn't leave you feeling exhausted.<br />
Running Club 10k<br />

This 45-60 minute session will be based on a 9-10<br />
minute mile pace and will include track, road, seafront<br />
and occasional running on the downs. It is ideal for<br />
those with a goal of running a 10k.<br />
Running Club 20k<br />

This session will be based on a 8-9 minute mile pace<br />
and will gradually build in mileage. It is geared to<br />
those aiming to run a half marathon.<br />
