fall has three succeeded rocks. The Khasi named the places by which they can relate. The
an elephant, that rock was demolished in an earthquake in 1897. But the name hasn’t
changed. It is still known by the same name.
The first fall is broad and hidden between the trees; second fall is tamed and negligible in
the winters, when the water level recedes. The third and last fall is the tallest. It has clean
water flowing over dark overhanging rocks without any particular forms. The steep steps
can be dangerous for the kids and elders.
