• Served as an assistant coach under Jamie Dixon at Pittsburgh for three seasons (2005-08).<br />

• Accumulated a record of 266-67 in his nine seasons as an assistant coach.<br />

• The first player of Latin America descent to play for the Harlem Globetrotters (1995-2002).<br />

• Second season as an assistant coach after spending three years in the same capacity at Ole Miss.<br />

• Head coach at FIU for five seasons.<br />

• Assistant coach stints at FIU (1987-91, 2000-03), UTEP (2003-04).<br />

• Spent time as a high school head coach in Miami at Loyola (1986-87) and Miami Noreland (1991-95).<br />

• Born in Cuba. Raised in Miami, Fla.<br />

Rod Strickland Assistant Coach • DePaul/Northeastern Illinois, 13<br />

• Second season as an assistant coach after spending six seasons at Kentucky as special assistant to Naismith Hall of Fame Coach John Calipari.<br />

• First-round draft pick of the New York Knicks in 1988. Played 17 years in the NBA.<br />

• Played in 1,094 games, scored 14,463 points (13.2 per game) and dished out 7,987 assists (7.3 per game).<br />

• Born and raised in Bronx, N.Y. Member of the New York City Basketball Hall of Fame.<br />

• Two-time All-American at DePaul (1987, 1988). Went back to school and earned his degree from Northeastern Illinois in 2013<br />

Oliver Antigua Assistant Coach • Pittsburgh, ‘98<br />

• Second season as an assistant coach after spending one season as an assistant coach for Seton Hall and one season at Manhattan.<br />

• The younger brother, by two years, of head coach Orlando Antigua.<br />

• Spent 10 seasons as the head coach at St. Raymond High School, the same school that he and Orlando attended in Bronx, N.Y.<br />

• Played at Pittsburgh (1996-98).<br />

• Born in the Dominican Republic. Raised in Bronx, N.Y.<br />

Jerry McCullough Basketball Operations • Pittsburgh, ‘95<br />

• Second season as the Director of Basketball Operations after spending three seasons as the head coach at The MacDuffie School in Granby, Mass.<br />

• Played professionally for 13 years (1996-2009), mostly in Europe.<br />

• Played at Pittsburgh (1991-96). Was a finalist for AP NCAA Player of the Year in 1993-94.<br />

• Has either played with or against Orlando Antigua since Antigua was 14 years old including three years as teammates at Pittsburgh.<br />

Born and raised in Harlem, N.Y.<br />
