Regardless if you are a grass-root project, a globally active volunteer organisation,
or an international volunteer agency, our user-friendly technology guarantees you
easy project administration.
We do not charge any fixed fees because we want to
enable social projects of all sizes to use our platform.
Success-based Commission
Volunteer World does not charge for the registration but in order to cover our
operational costs, we charge commission of 15% for a successful volunteer
mediation.

Application Process
1. The volunteer applies to your program through Volunteer World
2. Your response
a. you accept the application by confirming the date and the total
fee by making an offer
b. you reject the application providing a reason
3. The volunteer accepts your offer and makes a reservation by paying the
deposit to Volunteer World (15%).
4. The remaining fees (85%) are handled between the volunteer and you
directly.

documents. As all communication is assigned to applications you
can be sure to never miss a detail.
All applications on Volunteer World can be managed online. This
means that applications are accessible globally and that we store
all your volunteer applications for free.

Secure Money Processing
Volunteer World does not charge for the registration but in order to operate
economically, sustainably and independently, we charge a commission of 15% of
the total fees for a successful volunteer mediation. Ask for our special rates if
you want to submit more than 10 volunteer programs.
Personalised Offers
All applications can easily be managed online. Based on activities
and services requested from a volunteer, you can adjust your
program fees and create personalised offers for your volunteer
program.
