as far as possible, used standardised term<strong>in</strong>ology throughout this guide. This is<br />
<strong>in</strong> accordance with Section 13 <strong>of</strong> the Code <strong>of</strong> Bank<strong>in</strong>g Practice (COBP). In the<br />
case where we have used FNB-specific term<strong>in</strong>ology, we have added the table<br />
below <strong>in</strong>dicat<strong>in</strong>g the appropriate standardised term<strong>in</strong>ology which may be used<br />
