SAHARA DESERT<br />
Sahara Desert is the largest hot<br />
desert in the world and harshest<br />
environmental in world. The desert<br />
covers large sections of North<br />
Africa Algeria, Chad, Egypt, Libya,<br />
Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger,<br />
Western Sahara, Sudan and Tunisia.<br />
And covers more than 9,400,000<br />
square kilometers. There are many<br />
aspects that make the Sahara such<br />
a wonderful tourists destination.<br />
Including the geography, the<br />
climate, the animals and the plants.<br />
• Wear clothes that minimizes sweat<br />
loss. Cover skin as much as possible<br />
with loose, lightweight clothes which<br />
is protected from the dehydrated and<br />
slowing the evaporation and therefore<br />
water loss.<br />
• Pack survival equipment the pack will<br />
help for some emergency.<br />
• Bring food that has most nutrition.<br />
Because the nutrition food will help<br />
you to avoid heat exhaustion and<br />
retain more water,<br />
• Bring extra water.<br />
• Stay in shelter during the day.<br />
• Stay away from dangerous animals.<br />
• Become nocturnal don’t move around<br />
during the day but the night air<br />
enables you to travel farther and<br />
faster with minimum danger of heat<br />
exhaustion.<br />
• Decide whether to stay in place. If you<br />
have a supply of water and someone<br />
knows where you are staying in one<br />
place may be your best chance of<br />
rescue.<br />
• Find water sources and dig for it.<br />
• Watch out for signs of dehydration<br />
then drink more water.<br />
