Ein weiteres, zentrales Arbeitsgebiet des Joint Lab ist
die gemeinsame Lehre. Dazu gehört die Einbindung
fachlicher Aspekte der Chipherstellung (IHP) in das
Studium der „Physikalischen Technik“ an der TFH Wildau.
In diesem Rahmen sind vorhandene Module des
Hauptstudiums mit anwendungsorientierten Lehrinhalten
aus dem Bereich der Mikroelektronik untersetzt
worden. Damit wird eine weitere Praxiskomponente,
die sich in die Hauptlinie der Ausbildung an der TFH
einordnet, für die Studierenden angeboten. Zwei Praktika
am IHP sind als Pflicht- und Wahlpflichtfach in das
Hauptstudium der „Physikalischen Technik“ integriert.
Im Jahre 2007 wurden 10 Praktikumsarbeiten und 2 Diplomarbeiten
durch Studenten der TFH Wildau am IHP
angefertigt und durch Mitarbeiter des IHP betreut.

Another central field of activity in the Joint lab is teaching.
this includes the integration of technical aspects
of chip processing (IHp) into the study of “engineering
physics” at the uASW. the objective is to
complement the existing modules of the main study
with application-oriented teaching contents from the
field of microelectronics. In this way another practice
oriented component is integrated into the curriculum
of education at uASW and made available to the students.
two training courses at the IHp are integrated
as compulsory and electoral compulsory subjects into
the main course of “engineering physics”. In 2007,
10 training course reports and 2 diploma theses have
been completed by students of the uAS Wildau at the
IHp which were supervised by employees of the IHp.
