Im Einschub sind Daten über die Grösse der Si-Nanokristalle sowie über Verspannungen in den MQW zu finden, die aus Raman-Untersuchungen abgeleitet wurden. Der kristalline Anteil in den Si-Schichten wurde nach der folgenden Beziehung abgeschätzt: F CR =I Si-nc / (I Si-nc + I a-Si ), wobei I Si-nc und I a-Si die integrierten Raman-Peakintensitäten der betreffenden Bestandteile sind.
