Bis zu 25 Wafer können vollautomatisch verarbeitet
werden, die Wafer können dabei in einem Temperaturbereich
von -40 °C bis +125 °C temperiert werden.
Die von den Designern gelieferten Testdaten werden mit
Hilfe eines kommerziellen Software-Paketes zyklisiert
und in das 93000 SOC Format konvertiert. Die Testergebnisse
werden mittels im Rahmen des Projektes entwickelter
Software-Pakete ausgewertet und aufbereitet.

Ein weiteres Software-Paket ermöglicht die detaillierte
Analyse von Scan-Tests.
Durch die Auslegung auf hohen Durchsatz im Produktionstest
ist das 93K-Test System für interaktive Debugging-Zwecke
nicht optimal geeignet. Aus diesem Grund
wurde ein weiteres Testsystem speziell für das Debuggen
von Prototypen angeschafft.

software package. the test results are analyzed
and test protocols are prepared using software
tools developed in the scope of the project.

An additional software package allows detailed analysis
of scan tests.
Being designed and built for high throughput in a
production test environment the 93k test system is
not the first choice for debugging tasks. therefore a
second test system was acquired specifically for the
debugging of prototype devices.
