Wir haben Bragg-Gitter auf 1,4 µm SOI-Rippenwellenleitern<br />

hergestellt (siehe Abb. 26). Diese Wellenleiter<br />

haben sehr niedrige intrinsische Verluste, wodurch<br />

Gitterkomponenten mit mehreren Zentimetern Länge<br />

möglich werden. Die Gitter wurden mit einer Double-<br />

Patterning-Technik hergestellt.<br />

We realized Bragg grating structures on 1.4 µm SoI<br />

rib waveguides (Fig. 26). the dimensions were chosen<br />

to realize waveguides with low intrinsic losses<br />

that allow the implementation of waveguide Bragg<br />

gratings with a length of the order of centimeters. to<br />

realize Bragg grating structures on these waveguides,<br />

the grating spaces were fabricated using the double<br />

patterning technique.<br />
