Das Jahr 2009
Die Forschungsergebnisse des Institutes sind 2009 in
126 schriftlichen Publikationen und 180 Vorträgen
veröffentlicht. Darüber hinaus wurden mehrere wissenschaftliche
Veranstaltungen maßgeblich durch Mit-
arbeiter des IHP organisiert. Dazu gehören die 13.
„GADEST“ (Gettering and Defect Engineering in Semiconductor
Technology), die 2009 in Döllnsee-Schorfheide
stattfand, die „Wilhelm and Else Heraeus Physics
School“ in Bad Honnef sowie der „8. Workshop High-
Performance SiGe BiCMOS“ mit anschließendem zweitägigen
Tutorial zu den IHP Design Kits in Frankfurt
(Oder).
Zum Ausbau der Kooperation mit regionalen Firmen
gab es am IHP erstmals einen Brandenburger Sensornetztag
mit Firmen dieser Branche. Studierenden relevanter
Studienrichtungen bot die „8. Sommerschule
Mikroelektronik“ Gelegenheit, die Arbeit am IHP kennen
zu lernen. Ergänzt wurde diese Veranstaltung durch
die gemeinsam mit dem Investorcenter Ostbrandenburg
durchgeführte „Sommerschule Solar“, die ebenfalls von
mehr als 20 Studenten besucht wurde. Darüber hinaus
fanden mehrere Treffen großer Verbundprojekte am Institut
statt.
Am 16. März 2009 wurde Professor W. Mehr durch die
Brandenburgische Wissenschaftsministerin und dem
Wirtschaftsminister zum Wissenschaftsbotschafter für
den Wirtschaftsstandort Brandenburg ernannt.
Den EEEfCOM-Innovationspreis für praxisrelevante Forschung
erhielt Professor R. Kraemer zusammen mit
Wissenschaftlern der TU Dresden und der Universität
von Cantabria für das Projekt „MIMAX“.

In 2009 the research results of the institute were made
public in 126 written publications and 180 oral presentations.
In addition, several scientific events were
primarily organized by members of the IHp staff.
these include the 13 th “GADeSt (Gettering and Defect
engineering in Semiconductor technology) which was
held in 2009 in Döllnsee-Schorfheide, the “Wilhelm
and else Heraeus physics School“ in Bad Honnef and
the “8 th Workshop High-performance SiGe BiCMoS”,
followed by a two-day tutorial on the IHp Design Kits
which took place in Frankfurt (oder).
to extend cooperations with regional companies, IHp
held the first “Brandenburg Sensornetztag” involving
companies of this industry. the “8 th Summer School
Microelectronics” offered students of relevant fields
of study an opportunity to learn about the work at
IHp. this event was complemented by the “Summer
School Solar“ organized jointly with the Investorcenter
ostbrandenburg. More than 20 students attended
each of these. In addition several large meetings of
major collaborative projects took place at the institute.
on March 16 th 2009 professor W. Mehr was appointed
science ambassador for the industrial location Brandenburg
by the science minister and the minister of
economic affairs of the Federal State of Brandenburg.
the eeefCoM Innovation Award for practice-orientated
research was awarded to professor R. Kraemer
together with scientists from the tu Dresden and the
university of Cantabria for the project “MIMAX“ .
