PREFACE
WELCOME FROM THE HEAD
We thank God for a great start to the term. It’s hard
to believe how time flies. Nevertheless, we are grateful
for that which we have accomplished so far and look
forward to more as the term progresses.
We have had an active January and February and
wish to highlight some of the engagements we have been
involved in.
Ms Jackline Aming'a
In a world of change, the learners shall inherit the
earth, while the knowers will find themselves perfectly
suited for a world that no longer exists”.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT 1
SIMS Training
In a bid to transform how we manage student information such as
attendance, behaviour and achievement as well as timetable among
others, a team of admin staff and teachers began the year by undergoing
training in Nairobi, conducted by Mr. Peter Beach, a SIMS trainer from
the Cayman Islands. The training provided insight into the whole issue
of managing data. It is hoped that when SIMS is rolled out, everyone
will appreciate its benefits.
We are proud to announce that our debating team trounced Shree Swaminarayan
not be restricted. The reserve speaker was Rousinaar Awiti. Gideon Mtango was
The OAM debate team all set and ready
