After Phase 1, the remaining EUR 11 million for construction will be submitted for IPA 2011.
4.4 million Pre-feasibility study, urban plan and strategic assessment of financial resources were completed in 2008.
EUR 0.585 million were secured from the NIP and an application made for additional IPA funds
of EUR 0.585 million for the feasibility study.
Negotiations started between the municipality and private sector about the recycling technology used.
