Albert Roux OBE will renew his appointment as
Chef at The Gatsby Club, The Speakeasy and The
Players’ Tables designing the menu for this year’s
tournament.

guarantee a day of uninterrupted action combined
with the on-site Wimbledon hospitality experience.
The suites offer stunning panoramic views across
London which can be enjoyed from the intimacy of
your own private balcony. Centre Court offers all

seating and the retractable roof means fewer
interruptions allowing play rain or shine.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
With any event, the build up of traffic around the venue can be quite heavy so please allow plenty of time for travel.
The Gatsby Club is situated in the grounds of Wimbledon Lakeside Cricket Club. The entrance is opposite Gate 5 of The AELTC, located on Church
Road, Wimbledon, South West London.
The Skyview Suites are situated within the Centre Court of The AELTC, the entrance is through Gate 4 or 5 on Church Road.
Car parking is very limited on the day of the event. If you have requested a car parking pass in the post, follow the information provided to direct
you to the appropriate car park.
Trains
There is a frequent service between Waterloo
and Wimbledon during The Championships.
Travel time between is approximately 12
minutes.
Underground
The nearest underground station is Southfields
on the District Line. For various connections
please consult a London underground map.
The Gatsby Club shuttle bus is available from
Southfields underground station. For those
who would like to walk to The Gatsby Club,
allow approximatly 15 minutes.
Taxis
The nearest taxi ranks are located outside
the main gate of The AELTC and Southfields
Station and wimbledon mainline station.

WIMBLEDON WET WEATHER POLICY
Details of the Raincheck Policy introduced in 2001 are as follows
and apply to all 13 scheduled days of play at The Championships,
including the final Sunday.
You will be able to claim the following if applicable:
• If there is less than one hour’s play because of rain on the court,
the original purchasers of the tickets for that court, on that day
will be refunded with the face value of those tickets
• If there is more than one hour’s play, but less than two hours’
play, refunds will be limited to half the face value on the ticket
• The Referee’s decision on how much play has been achieved
will be final
• Only the original purchasers are eligible for refunds under this
policy
• Refunds will be paid automatically; please do not contact the
AELTC
• Separate terms and conditions apply:
a) to Debenture Holders as notified by The All England Lawn
Tennis Ground plc.
b) to any extra days of play.
Subject to change by The All England Lawn Tennis Club (“AELTC”).
wimbledon ticket usage policy
• You must ensure that packages (whatever type of ticket is included) are not sold where you know (or ought reasonably to have known)
that such packages would be for use in connection with the promotion of products. This restriction must, in any event, be highlighted to
every customer of yours prior to purchase.
• You must also ensure that packages (whatever type of ticket is included) are not sold to persons, firms or companies who you know
(or ought reasonably to have known) intend to use such packages in draws, raffles or competitions or as business incentives. This
restriction must, in any event, be highlighted to every customer prior to purchase.
• Where a customer wishes to purchase a package from you which it intends to auction for charitable purposes, AELTC shall not prohibit
such use provided that you ensure that the winner of any such auction is notified of the restrictions governing the package and the
tickets included therein and is specifically told that the tickets and packages cannot be resold and must only be used by friends and
family of the auction winner. You must also ensure that the winner provides, if requested to do so, the names of the attendees using
such tickets and packages.
• Debenture tickets are the only tickets to The Championships which are freely transferable. All other tickets purchased are strictly nontransferable
and are only to be used by the purchaser and his or her guests.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (the gatsby club)
Q: When will I receive my documentation?
A: We aim to send all documentation and passes
for The Gatsby Club out to you two weeks before
the day you attend.
Q: Do you send court tickets out in the post?
A: No, we give all court tickets out on the day
during lunch. As you will appreciate, these are
valuable items that cannot be replaced, so we
keep them safe for you until you need them.
Q: Can I leave my suitcase/luggage in The Gatsby
Club?
A: By all means, we have a fully staffed
cloakroom throughout the day.
Q: Where is the best place to meet my guests?
A: The best place to meet your guests is at your
designated table. Our hostesses will escort you
and your guests to this location whenever they
arrive.
Q: Do I need to do anything before the event?
A: We will be sending you a form to complete
eight weeks prior to the event requesting a
host name for your party - and any dietary
requirements they may have.
Q: Can I watch matches on Centre Court and No.1
A: Unfortunately not. Packages are purchased
for specific courts at the time of booking. That
said, if you wish to purchase Centre Court tickets
for half of your party and the other half for No.1
Court, you will be covered!
Q: What is the dress code?
A: We request clients dress on the smarter side
of casual i.e. no jeans or trainers. Jackets and
ties are not obligatory.
Q: How far is The Gatsby Club from the ground?
A: The ground is less than a two minute stroll
from the ground. There is a shuttle buggy located
outside The Gatsby Club should anyone feel they
need a lift.
Q: If I come by London Underground, how do I get
to The Gatsby Club?
A: There is a shuttle bus that runs between
The Gatsby Club and Southfields underground
station. We run a constant shuttle service in
the morning between Southfeilds underground
station and The Gatsby Club but heavy traffic at
peak times can slow the service down.
Q: Can you ensure that all of my debenture seats
will be together?
A: Debenture tickets are sold in pairs, but we
will try our utmost to seat you next to, or near
to each other. As an official supplier, our ticket
provision from The AELTC is very good. Seats are
allocated to clients a few days prior to the date
you are due to attend.
Q: Who should I inform if my guests have
dietary requirements?
A: A pre-event form will be sent out to you
around eight weeks prior to the event. The form
gives you the opportunity to indicate if your
guests have any specific requirements including
vegetarian options. If you find out after this time,
please contact your account manager as soon as
possible. Our events team will make every effort
to accommodate any late requests.
Q: Who will I see playing?
A: The order of play is not known until the
evening before and is produced by The AELTC
Referee.

hardsided cases (including briefcases) will be allowed into
the grounds. Larger bags may be deposited in the left
luggage cabin outside the ground.
