Varietals: Syrah 50%, Petite Syrah 25%, Carignan 25%<br />
Alcohol: 13.5%<br />
Terrior: Upper Galilee, Terra Rossa. Jerusalem Hills, Ancient limestone.<br />
Winemaking: Fermented in small, open top tanks, with frequent punch down. Skin<br />
contact is limited to the duration of fermentation extracting the purest expression of the<br />
carefully chosen fruit. Aged in extra-fine Burgundy French oak barrels for 12 months.<br />
Almost all of the processes done in the winery are gravitational and therefore do not<br />
harm the wine's unique aroma.<br />
Bottled unfiltered.<br />
