Nach der Ankunft des neuen Jahrgangs, 2012er Garage de Papa rouge,
habe ich zu einer kleinen vertikalverkostung mit anschliessendem Menu
ins Barestovino geladen.

Die aussergewöhnlich geringe Produktionsmenge dieser Weine führt zu einer noch geringeren Menge, die exportiert wird.
Derzeit sind noch kleine Mengen des 2009 und 2012 rouge verfügbar.
Der Preis liegt unverändert bei Euro 45,- p. Fl.
Bestellungen werden in der Reihenfolge des Zahlungseinganges bearbeitet.

Through pristine finesse and elegance this wine represents a pure expression of the
vintage and demonstrates Lewinsohn’s unique style in white wine.

Release Date: June 2015
Varietal: Chardonnay
Alcohol: 12.5%
Terrior: Upper Galilee, limestone and terra rossa soil.
Winemaking: Fermented in neutral Burgundy oak barrels and aged Sur lie for ten
months. Lewinsohn’s white wines do not undergo malolactic fermentation in order to
maintain their naturally high acidity and balance.

vintage and demonstrates Lewinsohn’s revolutionary new style in Israeli white wine.

Alcohol: 13%
Terrior: Upper Galilee, limestone and Terra Rossa soil.
Winemaking: Fermented in neutral Burgundy oak barrels and aged sur lie for eight
months. Nearly all of the stages of transferring the wine are done through a gravitational
process, which prevents the delicate aromas from being lost. Lewinsohn’s white wines
do not undergo malolactic fermentation in order to maintain their naturally high acidity
and balance.

Alcohol: 13.5%
Terrior: Upper Galilee, Terra Rossa. Jerusalem Hills, Ancient limestone.
Winemaking: Fermented in small, open top tanks, with frequent punch down. Skin
contact is limited to the duration of fermentation extracting the purest expression of the
carefully chosen fruit. Aged in extra-fine Burgundy French oak barrels for 12 months.
Almost all of the processes done in the winery are gravitational and therefore do not
harm the wine's unique aroma.
Bottled unfiltered.
