Councilman Hutchison said there has been brief discussion on this matter. He suggested that
the Borough Administrator bring information back to Council at the next meeting before proceeding
with getting an appraisal.
Councilman Roselli stated we should move forward with this matter.
Councilman Trzeciak said we are working on many projects; thinks we are moving too fast.
Mayor Krenzel asked the Clerk to call the roll.

NAYS: Hutchison, Trzeciak
ABSENT: Farren, Guindi
Tie Vote: Mayor Krenzel voted no.
Mayor Krenzel requested that the matter of 51 Reid St. be placed on next business meeting
agenda.

• Questioned why Debbie Jones is looking into Municipal Alliance categories and advising
Council and Attorney. Mr. Salerno said that Debbie is the paid Coordinator for the Municipal
Alliance. The state is changing the rules related to the Municipal Alliance categories.
• Commented on former Mayor Eppinger’s announcement on electric rate decrease last year.
• Commented on lack of communication
• Questioned Administrator’s conference attendance and monthly reimbursement

• Thanked Mr. Salerno for resurrecting the DPW paving machine
No further comments were made. Councilman Hutchison closed the public portion.
Councilman Roselli seconded the motion. So carried.

Councilman Roselli moved that this meeting be adjourned at 11:40 p.m. Councilwoman
Farren seconded the motion. So carried.
