Self-taught artist Philemon Campbell was born in St. Andrew in a rural village<br />
named Content Gap in <strong>the</strong> Blue Mountains on <strong>the</strong> island <strong>of</strong> Jamaica. He was<br />
awestruck by <strong>the</strong> lush, misty landscape and rugged peaks around him and<br />
was passionate about nature which inspired him to start painting in 1983.<br />
