PhILemon CAmPbeLL Self-taught artist Philemon Campbell was born in St. Andrew in a rural village named Content Gap in the Blue Mountains on the island of Jamaica. He was awestruck by the lush, misty landscape and rugged peaks around him and was passionate about nature which inspired him to start painting in 1983.
