2015
We are filled with pride as we look back on a busy and successful year
of 2015. Through optimisation and product innovations, we were able
to realise major gains in all business areas. We were successfully
represented at ten national and several international trade fairs. Our base
of well-known customers has been expanded, so that our main catalogue
is now available in 14 different languages.
Our already extensive product range, which can be adapted to meet the
needs of any customer, was complemented by two additional products:
System D 22 for the middle range between delicate and heavy versions
and the worldwide innovation Rotatorix, a reversible clamping device that
can turn work pieces with a weight up to 2,000 kg around their centre of
gravity safely and conveniently.
These numerous successes are largely thanks to our employees with
their training and continuing education. They make it possible to continue
offering our excellent service in the accustomed quality as needed,
numerous new customer notwithstanding. Which is why we were
especially pleased that we once again helped young people successfully
launch their careers in 2015 by offering 15 additional training positions.
Some new developments and exciting challenges are already waiting
for us in 2016. We are very excited and look forward to mastering the
challenges in partnership with our customers and employees.

The novel Demmeler Rotatorix® reversible
clamping device makes the continuous rotation
of your work pieces around their centre of
gravity very easy and therefore efficient. You
determine the centre of gravity, for example
with a CAD system, and the flexible Demmeler
D 28 clamping system proven tens of thousands
of times enables the form-fitting attachment of
your work pieces. Then you can effortlessly turn
your work pieces around the rotation axis by
hand. An electric drive is offered as an option
for asymmetrical or growing work pieces.
Optimum accessibility at the face ends thanks
to the large openings in the face plate.
One of the two turning devices is moveable for
easy loading of the work pieces. For mounting
flat components between the face plates, D28
L or U-spacers of any length can be installed.
