describe whether pedestrians tend to jaywalk when there<br />

are no cross<strong>in</strong>gs or when cross<strong>in</strong>gs are too far <strong>in</strong> between.<br />

than 500m and average speed is high<br />

200-300m and average speed is 20-40 Kmph<br />

4 Average distance of controlled cross<strong>in</strong>gs is between<br />

100-200m and average speed is 20-40 Kmph<br />

5 There is no need of controlled cross<strong>in</strong>gs as pedestrians<br />

are safe to cross wherever they like and vehicles and<br />

pedestrians co-exist<br />
