SALSA NEW<br />

This class is a pure Latino Salsa da<strong>nce</strong> class –<br />

everything you need to know to feel confident on<br />

the da<strong>nce</strong> floor! Each class will begin by breaking<br />

down the basic steps and turns individually, and then<br />

will move into partnering. You will learn how to be<br />

a strong leader and a smooth follower. Each week<br />

you will learn new moves you can try on the da<strong>nce</strong><br />

floor, as well as creative ways to combine them and<br />

mix them up. Da<strong>nce</strong> shoes are preferred. Open to<br />

couples and individuals – changing partners in class<br />

will be encouraged to expand the dancing experie<strong>nce</strong>.<br />

This class is designed for couples looking to improve<br />

their dancing together, while maintaining a sense of<br />

intimacy and fun. Bachata is a style of da<strong>nce</strong> that<br />

originated in the Dominican Republic. It is da<strong>nce</strong>d<br />

widely all over the world, but never identically in two<br />

places. The slow romantic music of bachata revolves<br />

around love, intimacy, and passion. This class will<br />

consist of partner dancing and solo footwork for when<br />

you want to play with the musicality in a song. Join<br />

us to experie<strong>nce</strong> the romantic and sensual qualities of<br />

Bachata dancing – and have fun learning this da<strong>nce</strong><br />

with the person you love! Limited to 9 couples.<br />

slightly quicker pace than an introductory Pilates class,<br />

and include some more challenging exercises. Please<br />
