Smoke or heat alarm keeps sounding – check Section 4 of this manual – it
may simply need hoovering or battery replacement.
Fans and ventilation – please check the Ventilation system details in
Section 3 to understand how your system should work.
TV or telephone points – check the quick guide at the front of the manual
for details.
Water leaks – see Section 3 for full details, but to prevent further damage in
a serious leak, turn off the incoming feed at the stopcock tap beneath the
kitchen sink.
Please note that defects reported on a Friday afternoon may not be responded
to until the following Monday. Only emergencies will be responded to over the
weekends or bank holidays.
