In Loving Memory

Our fondest memory of Jerry is
that he was always a thoughtful,
kind and very giving person. Even if
he had to talk us into being on the
HSRDC board, we thoroughly enjoy
working with Jerry and Nanette.

Jerry and Nanette have been sweet friends for
a long time. Nanette is always there whenever I
need something at a dance event, which is always
comforting. Jerry has always offered help, also,
was constantly complimenting and thanking me for
all that I have done for Council and my Clubs. He
also razzed me about all kinds of things. Jerry was
that way with all his and Nanette’s friends. If he
didn’t do all that teasing, we wouldn’t know what
to think or do. My love and support for Nanette
is ongoing. I will also continue to be supportive of
her!!! When I called to ask her if Jerry would be
able to walk with me in the style show, she didn’t
hesitate to say that he would like to do that, he
was so sweet by calling me back to ask for colors to
wear. I think he had fun doing all that, but he really
was not feeling all that great!!! My non dancing
FB friends have sent sweet comments from
other areas and states. He leaves a huge void in our
Houston Square/Round Dance community. He was
a well loved and loving man .
